How delivery works
Email coaching is delivered as a written response after the customer submits their situation through the client dashboard. Phone and Zoom calls are delivered at the booked time selected by the customer from available slots.
How Time Sensitive works
Time Sensitive requests move to the front of the queue. I respond as quickly as I reasonably can. This may be same day, but it is not guaranteed immediate or emergency support.
Refunds and cancellations
If I cannot find any answer to your question, I will refund the payment. Disagreement with an answer, dissatisfaction with an answer, or a desire for a different answer does not qualify for a refund. Phone and Zoom calls can be rescheduled before the scheduled time when available slots exist.
Important boundaries
Coaching is practical support and personal guidance. It is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, crisis support, or emergency support.
